Be a Holiday Elf with the Food Bank

The Food Bank is looking for volunteers to staff our Christmas gift wrapping table at Sears. Donations from our gift wrap table will benefit the Food Bank's "Brown Bags for Seniors" program. We will wrap gifts starting on the day after Thanksgiving and we won't finish until Christmas Eve. We need all the help we can get. If you would like to volunteer as an individual or if you are a member of a group that would like to volunteer, please call the Food Bank at 334-794-9775.

Thank you,Julie Gonzalez

Letters from Iraq

Greetings from Iraq,

I would like to start out by saying thanks for your stations support for the
troops that are deployed. I am stationed in Forward Operating Base Sykes
near Tal' Afar, Iraq. My wife and kids live in Ozark and I was stationed at
Ft. Lewis, WA and deployed here. We are reaching the mid point of our tour
which is good.

Anyway I would like to give a shout out to my family, friends, all the guys
and girls at Ft. Rucker, the listening area, and those like myself the enjoy
the sounds of home through your streaming radio.

One last request would be to hear Chicks Dig It by Chris Cagle.
